The Move 2 Cure Summer Series is a 4-part outdoor event designed to help you reconnect with movement — in a way that feels natural, energizing, and fun. Join us this Summer  for sessions that welcome all fitness levels and focus on joyful, purposeful movement.

Walk & Run

A light and social start to the series. Choose your pace — walking or running — while connecting with your breath, your body, and others. All paces welcome.

Pilates

Slow down and reconnect with your core. Our Pilates session brings awareness, control and flow, helping you improve posture, flexibility and stability — all in a peaceful outdoor setting.

Dance

Let go, move freely and have fun! This guided dance session with a special guest instructor is all about rhythm, expression and joy — no dance experience required.

Functional Training

Build strength, mobility, and confidence with a dynamic full-body workout. Focused on real-life movements and injury prevention — no equipment needed, just your body and the open air.
